Custom-made items such as keychains, bookmarks, and some coasters can take up to 2 weeks to be made due to their handmade nature. This will be outlined in the product description. Other items which are pre-made have a 2 day processing time and are usually shipped out the day after your order.

If you do wish to make changes to your order, please send an email to seaa.bloom@gmail.com as soon as possible. If the order has not already been made, then the changes can be done. However, if it has been made, then no changes will be applied. We will always try to ensure you are happy with your order!

Custom requests are welcomed here at Sea Bloom! If there are any special, or custom, requests you wish to ask about, please email Giselle at seaa.bloom@gmail.com. From there we will discuss the possibilities of your request. Please note that items are limited to those available on the website. I can, and will happily, change the design/layout of such items. The physical shape can often not be changed.

Shipping throughout New Zealand is via NZ Post Courier so usually takes approximately 2 - 4 business days to arrive after being processed. This may change due to peak seasons such as Christmas and other delays. Shipping to Australia is estimated to take 4 - 10 working days but has, and will continue, to be delayed due to worldwide delays. This is why only tracked Australian shipping is offered.

Sea Bloom will send your parcels all over New Zealand and Australia! In the near future, we will be working on wider international shipping options!

Here at Sea Bloom we try our hardest to ensure our products and packaging are made with sustainable materials. The resin used is made from high-quality materials, and all packaging is either recycled, recyclable, or compostable. We are also working on an eco-friendly collection involving eco-resin!
